Delivery:
1. Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
2. Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
3. In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
4. Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
5.Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Adouer Wood reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:
1.Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
2. If the delivery Condition is: which aprodz will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
3.Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

2. Protect from Heat: Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface, instead use a hot pad or coasters, please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.

3. Avoid Water: When cleaning, avoid using water directly on wood surfaces as it can cause warping and damage. Instead, use a damp cloth and dry the surface immediately.
4. Mild Cleaners: For a deeper clean, use a mild soap solution or a cleaner specifically designed for wood. Apply it with a soft cloth and follow up with a dry cloth.
5. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Steer clear of harsh chemicals, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish.

Maintenance:
1. Conditioning: Apply a wood conditioner or polish periodically to maintain the finish and prevent drying.

At Aprodz, product comes with 12 & 36 months warranty period, depend on product by product, warranty covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:-

* Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
* Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
* Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
* Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
* Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
* Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
* In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
* Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
* Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
* Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
* As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty
