Free delivery is available across India on eligible products.

For products or locations where additional shipping charges apply, the applicable amount will be communicated before dispatch.

Additional charges may apply for certain remote or difficult-to-service PIN codes.

Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully completed, your order is confirmed immediately.

Made-to-order or customised products may require additional processing time. If additional time is required, our team will inform you.

Installation

Free installation is available on selected products.

Where installation is included, our installation team or delivery partner will assist with the applicable assembly or installation.

Installation does not include modifications to walls, electrical work, plumbing, civil work or changes to the product beyond standard assembly.

Delivery Process

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and accessible.

For large furniture, please ensure that the product can be safely moved through the entrance, staircase, lift and available passageways.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the package and product carefully when your order is delivered.

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.

If you notice any visible damage, missing parts, an incorrect product or any other issue, please contact Aprodz within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the required photographs/videos along with your order details.

Delivery Delays

Aprodz is not responsible for delays caused by courier or shipping partners, weather conditions, roadblocks, transportation disruptions, regional restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In case of a delivery delay, our team will assist and coordinate with the shipping partner to help ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible time.

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
