If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video:
Please record a complete unboxing video when opening your order. For damage or incorrect-product claims, the unboxing video may be required for verification.
Minor / Repairable Issues:
Minor or repairable damage is generally resolved through technician repair at your location and is not eligible for return or replacement.
Major Damage / Manufacturing Defect:
If the product has major damage or a verified manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be repaired, Aprodz will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
Colour & Natural Variations:
Slight differences in colour or shade caused by photography, lighting, camera or screen settings are not considered defects. Natural variations in wood grain, veins, knots, texture and finish are also not grounds for return or replacement.
Replacement Process:
If a replacement or return is approved, the customer must properly pack and keep the product ready for reverse pickup. Aprodz will arrange the reverse pickup but does not provide packing or repacking services.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
