We follow the below mentioned-policies for our antique or home décor products: –

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them.  To cancel the order, please mail us at info@aprodz.com. We will not be able to accept the cancellation request after 48 hours of placing the order.
• Refund for cancellation of the order within 48 hours by the customer will be done after deducting 2% on net purchase amount.  Refund will be done in 7 bank working days.
• Aprodz reserves the right to cancel any order any time and the refund will be initiated within 7 bank working days.

Shipping charges are included in the price displayed on the site.  Although, our logistic partners deliver to all the pin codes in India, yet there are a few pin codes that they charge an extra amount for which they call ODA or Extension charges.  You will need to pay an extra amount if your pin code is not regular serviceable pin code for our logistic partners.  This extra amount will depend on the product packing and other factors which the customer will be intimidated before shipping.  All the products displayed on the site can be shipped within India and overseas as well.  The charges for overseas shipping will be accordingly and you are requested to contact us at info@aprodz.com for the detail.

• You are requested to open the parcels at the earliest after receiving the delivery.  Make sure the product is not damaged or other than ordered.  If you find the product damaged or incorrect, you are requested to write to us at info@aprodz.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcels along with the order ID and a picture of the damaged product.
• We will arrange the repairing of the product in case of minor damages or scratches and replacement will not be done in such case.
• If the product is damaged majorly, you are at the liberty to either get the replacement of the same product or exchange the product with product of the same price.
• In case of replacement or exchange, you will need to bear the shipping charges if your pin code is an extension for our logistic partner.  Here shipping charges mean to and from.
• The buyer needs to repack the damaged product securely and safely at its own cost.
• Shipping of any replacement or exchange will be initiated within 7 working days after receiving of the damaged/defecting product back to our factory in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

2. Minor Damage or Scratches

• Repairs Instead of Replacement: For products with minor damages or scratches, we will offer to repair the item instead of providing a replacement. We do not offer returns or refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections.

3. Major Damage or Non-Usable Products

• Replacement or Exchange: If the product is majorly damaged or is in a non-usable condition, you are eligible to either get a replacement of the same product or exchange it for a product of equal value.
• Repacking: You must securely repack the damaged or defective item at your own cost before returning it to us.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• No Return on Non-Refundable Items: Please note that non-refundable items cannot be returned or refunded, except if the product received is majorly damaged or non-usable. These items include custom-made or personalized products.

5. Color and Design Variations

• No Return for Color/Tone Variations: Due to variations in lighting, monitor settings, and the nature of handcrafted products, the real product may differ slightly from the product images displayed on our website in terms of color or design tone. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for minor color mismatches or design variations.

6. Return and Exchange Process

• Shipping Charges: If a return or exchange is necessary, you are responsible for the shipping charges if your location is outside our standard delivery zones. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to us and any shipping fees for sending a replacement or exchange.
